    ITIL-L4 foundation training is an extensive course that covers the ITIL v4 framework and assists learners in orienting themselves with the ITIL certification structure. ITIL is a framework of guidelines intended to help provide and improve IT services, focusing on meeting business and customer needs.

    ITILV4 foundation training provides theoretical and factual knowledge on ITIL and how the IT organization can apply the best practices in ITSM. This knowledge assists in creating IT services that are more efficient and effective in delivering customer satisfaction with enhanced value at reduced expense.

    The ITIL L4 foundation training usually lasts 3 days and consists of theoretical sessions, practical sessions, and the ITIL v4 exam.

    There are no prerequisites for attending the ITIL v4 training. It is still beneficial to have some background concerning IT services and ITSM.

    This may involve teaching much of the ITIL-L4 Foundation syllabuses, a sample ITIL foundation exam, and case studies or tasks to support what you have learned.

    Many aspects of ITIL-L4 focus on the interactions between the various ITSM processes and the relationships of those processes to other organizational activities. It also focuses on how it best aligns with industry frameworks like Lean, Agile and DevOps.

    ITIL-v4 offers four tiers of certification: Four levels of achievement are in place, including foundation, intermediate, advanced, and master. They can be followed regarding the ITIL-v4 and the experience in ITSM.

    The passing mark for the ITIL-v4 foundation certification exam is 65%. It means that even if you want to fail, you can only fail to pass 26 out of 40 questions.

    The ITIL4 foundation exam is a 60-minute closed-book exam comprising multiple choices. You can’t use cheat sheets. The test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, 26 of which must be answered correctly for you to pass the exam.
