The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt ™ (ICGB™) is an experienced professional who is fully conversant with the basic to some of the intermediate concepts of Lean Six Sigma Methodology and who undertakes projects as well as or is a member of a team for larger projects which are led by the Certified Black Belt, usually on a partial basis. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt should have full comprehension of all the spheres of the Lean Six Sigma Method, including the knowledge of the spheres within the framework of DMAIC specified by the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge™. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt knows how to actually carry out, conduct, analyze, and apply Lean Six Sigma at a very competent level.
