The PO assists with communicating the vision and roadmap during PI Planning [Program Increment (PI)-A time-managed period (usually eight to 12 weeks long) in a SAFe environment, A Program Increment (PI) is a time-box during which an Agile Release Train (ART) delivers incremental value] to ensure teams are aligned and ready to execute against them. Project’s Goals and Objectives plays an important role
